No long-term contracts, no overhead—just pure, focused creativity dedicated entirely to your project.
Cancellation Policy
Website Service Request Policy Your monthly plan includes 2 Creative Service Hours (Credits) per month. Unused hours roll over automatically, up to a maximum bank of 6 hours (3 months of credits). 1. Estimated Project Scope & Deductions Website additions vary in complexity. Credits are applied based on the following standard time frames: 1 Credit (1 Hour): Designing and launching a basic new web form (e.g., contact/feedback), or building a single new section layout on an existing page (e.g., a promo banner or review section). 3 Credits (3 Hours): Designing, formatting, and publishing a brand-new, layout-heavy page (e.g., a new landing page or sales page) using your existing site styles, text, and images. 5+ Credits (5+ Hours): Integrating, formatting, and onboarding an entirely new application to your live environment (e.g., Wix Bookings, Wix Stores). 2. Shared Dashboard Responsibilities We operate on a co-management model to launch new features efficiently: Client Responsibility (Wix Dashboard): Operational tasks managed in your backend Wix Client Dashboard are your responsibility. This includes entering product/service details, setting availability, uploading menus, managing fulfillment, or connecting payment processors. Our Responsibility (Live Site): Once you have activated the app and entered your specific business details, our team will handle the front-end design, formatting, and onboarding of the app onto your live website environment. 3. Included Maintenance (0 Credits Used) Standard upkeep tasks are covered under your base subscription and do not deduct from your creative hours: Minor Edits: Swapping an existing image, changing a paragraph of text, or updating a phone number/price on an existing layout. Technical Upkeep: Platform updates, basic security checks, and hosting maintenance. 4. Submitting Requests & Tracking Submission: To initiate a project, log into your Wix Member Account and use the Creative Service Booking tool to book a project slot. This automatically deducts the estimated credits from your balance. Tracking: View your real-time available credit balance under the My Subscriptions tab in your Member Area drop-down menu. Overages: If a project requires more hours than you have available, we will send an estimate before work begins. You can utilize banked hours, wait for your next monthly credit renewal, or purchase additional a la carte hours. Basic requests up-to 3 hours typically completed within 3–5 business days.
