1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to GRAiTLY Co services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our AI call agent services, including but not limited to voice call handling, email and SMS notifications, chatbot tools, and customer engagement automation.


2. Subscription Plans & Billing


2.1 Purchase Terms

When you purchase any of our AI Agent plans — Core 250, Engage 500, or Growth 1000 — your initial payment includes:

  • One month of service

  • A one-time setup fee (if applicable)

  • Payment is due at the time of checkout. Services begin upon successful payment and completion of your signup form. Your subscription service will begin on the day that your agent goes live

2.2 Setup & Launch Timeline

  • We aim to complete setup and launch your AI Agent within 10 business days of purchase.

  • Your collaboration is required during the setup phase.

This includes:

  • Reviewing and approving call flows and agent logic

  • Providing relevant business information not captured in the signup form

If we do not receive timely collaboration, we will proceed with launch within 30 days of signup using:

  • A pre-established agent template tailored to your industry

  • The information submitted in your signup form

2.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover custom work performed by our team.

  • You may cancel your plan with 30-days written notice; however, no full refunds are issued for monthly services already rendered or initiated.

  • If your cancellation date fall mid-month and have unused minutes, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund on the unused portion of your monthly minutes, based on your plan’s per-minute rate. Any overage minutes will be applied to your invoice.

  • Overage minutes (usage beyond your monthly allotment) will be billed at your plan’s standard per-minute rate and added to your next invoice.

2.3 Overage Policy and Payment Authorization


To ensure uninterrupted service, our team will monitor your monthly minute usage.


If your usage exceeds the following thresholds:

  • 125 additional minutes for Core 250

  • 250 additional minutes for Engage 500

  • 500 additional minutes for Growth 1000

  • Over 150% of your monthly minute inclusion

  • We will automatically invoice and charge your saved credit card for the additional minutes based on your plan’s standard per-minute rate.

  • By purchasing a plan, you agree to allow us to securely store your card on file for this purpose, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

2.4 To Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Please contact us at service@graitly.co with your plan name, billing email, business telephone number, and reason for cancellation or refund request. All refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Overage and Additional Charges

  • Overage usage is calculated monthly, unless you use more than outlined in section 2.3.

  • Charges for excess minutes, features, or upgrades will be automatically billed to your saved payment method.

  • Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

4. Termination of Services

  • GRAiTLY Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without cause. This includes but is not limited to non-payment, suspected abuse of services, or breach of terms.

5. Client Responsibility

  • You agree that you are responsible for any legal, regulatory, or compliance issues arising from the use of AI communication agents in your industry.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of business data, content submitted for prompts, and any third-party integrations requested.

6. Plan Pricing & Fee Changes

  • All monthly plans are subject to periodic review and adjustment. We reserve the right to increase plan rates, including per-minute charges and setup fees, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

  • Notification will be sent to the billing email on file. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the new pricing constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

By activating services with GRAiTLY Co, you:

  • Consent to the use of artificial intelligence for answering, transcribing, and replying to customer communications (phone, SMS, email, chat).

  • Understand that your AI agent is trained based on your submitted data, FAQs, and business workflows.

  • Acknowledge that while AI is highly accurate, it may not perfectly represent legal, medical, or sensitive advice and should be reviewed for compliance.

  • Agree that all inbound and outbound calls may be recorded or transcribed for training, QA, and analytics purposes.
